This role will be part of integration and test, and the candidate will be responsible for technical tasks including but not limited to test development, system integration, and verification and validation activities. Primary Responsibilities Review requirements and design documents to generate test procedures including identifying test data and defining test environment needs Preparation and execution of test cases to fully test the functionality of the software, network, and infrastructure solution Develop detailed procedures for evaluation processes to ensure thorough appraisal and validation Conduct assessments to ensure that different components of a system work together as intended Documenting of test results and any defects Reporting progress, risks, and issues to Team Leads Analyzing data and test evidence to show compliance with requirements Evaluate the responsiveness, stability, and scalability of systems under various conditions Conduct comprehensive examinations to verify the functionality and performance of structures Manage multiple assignments, handle changing priorities, and work independently Able to perform in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams Author and review technical documentation Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Must be able to occasionally work in classified environments, as well as customer locations Basic Qualifications BS degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or MS with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience Strong demonstratable test experience in systems and integration testing Experience analyzing technical requirements for validity, feasibility and technical soundness and decompose them to extract positive and negative test scenarios and strong acceptance criteria. Experience of creating test cases and scripts based on requirements and design documents Experience designing functional and non-functional test cases that verify requirements and validate functionality. Able to estimate and plan own immediate tasks and manage their completion Good oral and written communication skills, confident in technical and non-technical discussions Highly organized, demonstrating the ability to work independently at times due to fast-paced and highly productive work environment Must be a US Citizen Must possess and maintain an active SECRET clearance Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville/ North Alabama, AL area Preferred Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of software and hardware testing experience. Experience with C-UAS systems integration and test Familiarity with agile software development processes Experience working on radar programs Experience with command-and-control software
