Posted June 11, 2025 Position Overview The Information Technology Manager is responsible for managing IT infrastructure with a strong focus on software systems, application administration, and cybersecurity. This role oversees the deployment and maintenance of enterprise software solutions, ensuring security, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cloud technologies, network management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring smooth functionality of technology resources.
Manage software applications such as Office 365, SAP, Salesforce, Zendesk, Five9, TeamViewer, and DUO MFA.
Implement and maintain remote access tools, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication systems.
Administer and optimize network infrastructure, including Cisco switches, firewalls, and Meraki access points.
Ensure the security of IT systems, monitor potential risks, and enforce compliance with data protection regulations.
Lead software lifecycle management, including updates, patching, licensing, and vendor relations.
Support hardware assets, including desktops, laptops (Windows & Apple), printers, scanners, and security systems.
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with leadership teams to assess and enhance technology solutions for business growth.
Manage IT budgets, vendor negotiations, and contract agreements for software and hardware acquisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory of software licenses and IT assets. Qualifications Expertise in Office 365 administration, Microsoft Intune, and cloud computing solutions.
Strong knowledge of Meraki and Cisco networking technologies.
Experience in cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Zendesk, Five9, DUO MFA, VPNs, and remote support tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Professional Expectations Uphold ethical and industry standards while ensuring compliance with IT policies.
Provide responsive and professional IT support to staff and stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the IT department. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and other IT hardware.
Occasional physical movement, including bending and kneeling for hardware setup or troubleshooting.
