Hybrid work arrangement The Cyber Hygiene department is part ofthe Chief Security Office and responsible for detection andcommunication of cyber security risk mainly emerging fromvulnerabilities, misconfigurations and coding flaws. Cyber Hygienesobjectives include monitoring of risk remediation progress andsupporting divisions in strategic risk mitigation activities. Theopen role is within the team relationship management and reporting.

Its main tasks are design of cyber security reports and dashboardsbased on stakeholder requirements (mgmt. and operational reports)as well as project management for the delivery of these reports anddashboards. Job description As part of the relationship managementteam in Cyber Hygiene Chief Security Office (CSO), the owner ofthis role will be supporting design and development of informationsecurity reports and dashboards based on requirements from ourClient s internal stakeholders. Your tasks & responsibilities:

Design visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards focused oncybersecurity metrics, alerts, and trends Collaborate withcybersecurity analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to gatherrequirements and translate them into dashboard specificationsOversee implementation and test if the implemented report /dashboard fulfils the design requirements; conduct user acceptancetests; test and validate data correctness Propose targets andthresholds for reports / dashboards by evaluating existing data anddetermine required progress considering feasibility; supportalignment of proposed targets and thresholds with stakeholders andsupport endorsement in DBs Security forums Support go-liveactivities by preparing training material and communication tostakeholders Manage the dashboard development book of workdetermining clear timelines for all tasks and work packages andprovide regular updates on progress (project management) Yourskills and experience Proven experience designing dashboards in acybersecurity or IT security context Proficiency in one or moreBI/data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Splunk,Kibana) Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and KPIs (e.g.,MITRE Telecommunication&CK, NIST, CIS Controls) Strong skillsin data storytelling and user-centric design Ability to translatecomplex technical data into actionable visual formats Ability tomanage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Fluent written andspoken English skills Ability to work in a team and focus onresults Analytical competence and high communicative skills acrossall hierarchical levels

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or arelated field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security,CEH, CISSP, or data visualization certifications). Experienceworking in SOC environments or with incident response teams. Theabove-mentioned design and development tasks will happen in closecollaboration with Cyber Hygiene control owners and divisionalstakeholders (to gather requirements) as well as our CTOdevelopment team who will do the actual technicalimplementation.
