CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Journeyman, COMSEC C2IP Alternate COMSEC Manager to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the

processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across

Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).

Key Responsibilities:

Assists primary Communication Security (COMSEC) Manager in overseeing all COMSEC operations and services, acting as primary POC in the absence of the COMSEC Manager Supervises and coordinates the work of COMSEC technicians, developing work schedules, assigning tasks, coordinating training, and conducting performance evaluations Supports COMSEC Manager in providing technical advice and assistance for implementing the COMSEC program for Partner Nations (PNs) Ensures compliance with COMSEC policies and procedures across the team Reviews and approves COMSEC-related documentation and reports Participates in hiring and onboarding process for new COMSEC personnel Liaises with other SCITES divisions and external agencies on COMSEC matters Assists in budget planning and resource allocation for COMSEC operations Contributes to the development and update of COMSEC policies and procedures Oversees inventory management of COMSEC equipment and materials Ensures proper handling and storage of classified COMSEC information Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems

Required Qualifications:

Must hold an active secret level clearance Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years experience Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments while supporting multiple projects Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles ________________________________________________________________________________________
