Yes Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Maritime Cyber Safety Operations to lead the operationalization and management of cybersecurity tools and frameworks that safeguard critical Operational Technology (OT) systems across its global fleet. This is a strategic role that fills a growing operational gap, focusing on maintaining and advancing the OT cyber safety infrastructure that supports navigation, propulsion, and onboard systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and enhance OT security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection across the fleet. Develop and enforce SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs aligned with GCS Threat Intel Operations. Implement a global OT cyber operations service model aligned with the NIST framework. Oversee alert response, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-brand issue resolution. Maintain an accurate inventory of OT assets and ensure appropriate risk ranking and vulnerability alerting. Support critical OT cyber tools including AV, backup & recovery, remote access, patching, and removable media protection. Lead a global team of OT security analysts (2 FTEs and 2 contractors); grow team as needed. Act as escalation point for OT cyber incidents and ensure rapid mitigation and response. Ensure compliance with maritime standards (e.g., IMO, BIMCO, CLIA).
Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of leadership experience in IT/Cybersecurity Operations.
Preferred certifications:
CISSP, GSLC, GSOC, GCTI, or CISM. Strong knowledge of OT Cyber Operations, network design, and system architecture. Familiarity with maritime systems like bridge control, propulsion, power management, access control, and cargo operations.
