The Manager, InformationSecurity, will lead a talented team of Security Solution Architectsto design, implement, and manage robust security strategies thatprotect systems, data, and applications. This managerial rolerequires expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, andrisk mitigation, with the added responsibility of mentoring teammembers, driving security initiatives, and collaborating withstakeholders to ensure that security solutions align with businessobjectives. The successful candidate will have both technical depthand leadership capabilities, ensuring the team’s success whilemaintaining a high standard of securityexcellence.
ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a diverse team ofSecurity Solution Architects, ensuring a high level of performance,growth, and professional development.
Oversee the design anddevelopment of comprehensive security solutions that meet businessand regulatory requirements across a variety oftechnologies.
Collaborate with Technology teams and businessstakeholders to ensure security solutions are fully integrated intonew and existing infrastructures, applications, and cloudplatforms.
Drive the development and execution of long-term securitystrategies, including architecture reviews, mitigation planning,and policy creation.
Build strong relationships with businessleaders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure securitymeasures and compliance requirements are factored into alltechnology projects.
Oversee security architectural reviews toidentify vulnerabilities and control gaps in complex systemarchitectures.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risksand integrate solutions into the broader securityarchitecture.
