The Third-Party Risk Management and Technology Risk Team is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of our GRC Modernization project within the Cybersecurity team. This initiative involves deploying a new on-premises Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform and integrating it with existing applications across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Define project objectives, deliverables, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle. Provide continuous work direction and leadership to cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Project Execution:
Plan, direct, and manage the installation and implementation of the IT project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and impacting multiple business areas effectively.
Integration Management:
Oversee the integration of the new GRC platform with current systems, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless operation.
Qualifications:
Project Management Expertise:
Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies, including documentation and stakeholder communication.
Technical Acumen:
Strong knowledge of organizational processes and systems, specifically within cybersecurity and GRC environments.
Problem Solving:
Ability to address straightforward problems and propose solutions using standard procedures, while adapting to new challenges with minimal oversight.
