Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Engineer tojoin our Information Security team. The ideal candidate will have asolid understanding of cybersecurity principles, along withexperience in DevOps and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)practices. This role will play a key part in implementing securitymeasures and maintaining the security of our digital infrastructureand applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Implementation:

Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies andprocedures. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identifypotential security threats. Lead incident response activities and investigate securityincidents.

DevOps Integration:

Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security bestpractices into software development workflows. Implement automated security testing and continuous monitoringsolutions. Advocate for secure coding practices, configuration management,and infrastructure as code.

SDLC Security:

Design and implement secure SDLC frameworks. Enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with industrystandards and regulations. Perform regular security reviews and audits of the SDLCprocesses and tools.

Technical Expertise:

Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies,and best practices. Participate in security architecture reviews and threatmodeling exercises. Provide technical guidance and support to other teammembers.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT,development, and business units, to support securityinitiatives. Communicate complex security concepts and recommendations toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awarenessprograms for employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology,related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with exposure toDevOps and SDLC practices. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices,and technologies. Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CDpipelines and cloud platforms. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, orequivalent are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work underpressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud security, particularly in AWS, Azure, orGoogle Cloud environments. Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST,GDPR, and HIPAA. Familiarity with automated security testing tools andtechniques. Experience with threat intelligence and threat hunting.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $99,000.00 – $130,000.00 and isbased on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrualrate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paidholidays. Anticipated application end date will be on 4/30/2025.
