Job Description
Security Festival Admin (Part Time Gig) C. Smith Services Decatur, GA 30030 As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our daily activities. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, with a strong emphasis on payroll processing using Paychex Flex and providing on-site support as needed. This position requires a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Efficiently and accurately process payroll using Paychex Flex software, including managing employee information, deductions, garnishments, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Paychex Flex Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Paychex Flex related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and staying up-to-date on software updates and best practices.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange and manage travel logistics for company personnel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while adhering to company travel policies.
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, handling phone calls, and maintaining organized filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Accurately input and maintain various data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Office Management:
Assist with maintaining office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Communication:
Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
Special Projects:
Assist with various administrative projects as needed.
Travel:

Qualifications:
Proven experience (X years preferred) as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Paychex Flex software is mandatory.
