The Team:
Deloitte Advisory’s Cyber and Strategic Risk team helps complex organizations more confidently pursue their growth, innovation and performance agendas through proactive management of the associated business and cyber risks. Our professionals provide advisory and implementation services that integrate risk, regulatory, and technology skills to help clients transform their legacy programs. We work across a variety of different security operations center, risk and compliance programs that extend well beyond Cyber Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect ServiceNow security solutions focusing on Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, and Vulnerability Response
Collaborate with sales teams to develop practical ServiceNow security solutions
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Support pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations
Create technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides
Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of designed solutions
Provide technical guidance and support during implementation phases
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities
Participate in client presentations and technical discussions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
At least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in Security Operations, Risk Management, or Vulnerability Response
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations or Governance, Risk, and Compliance modules
Experience with security operations, incident response, or vulnerability management
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
Experience with integration technologies and API development
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks
Strong presentation and communication skills
Project management experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,616 to $240,488. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
