Lead Network Security Engineer Join a global organization tackling complex network security challenges. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll spend ~70% on engineering, 10% on design, 10% mentoring, and 10% on team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineer and enhance a large-scale, distributed network across international locations
Build, audit, and refine security policies on firewalls and SASE platforms
Drive segmentation, centralized management, and configuration standards
Maintain routing/switching consistency and troubleshoot network issues
Administer routers, switches, firewalls, and related IP-based hardware
Develop disaster recovery/failover strategies with full documentation
Ensure logging and monitoring systems are in place and maintained
Track incidents, share knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Test and support deployment of internal business applications
Offer training on systems and tools when needed
Provide project updates, coach engineers, and support IT planning
Requirements:
8+ years in network engineering with security expertise
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
Strong background with Palo Alto including Prisma or Cloud NGFW
Excellent communication skills
