SUMMARY OFRESPONSIBILITIES
The Cybersecurity Manger will provideenterprise-level information security and risk mitigation controlsand strategy across the organization to protect the organizationfrom Cyber threats. They will diagnose and troubleshoot informationsecurity related issues. Develop Root Cause and Corrective Actionreports for events and incidents. They will be responsible for theprotection of company assets to include people, data, and relatedinformation systems. Will ensure that appropriate cyber securitycontrols are in place and configured correctly to Prevent a costlyCyber Security Incident. Must be capable of developing businesscases to support obtaining incremental investment in newcapabilities, programs and systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Will lead anddevelop a team of 2-3 Cyber Security Analysts Conducts a CyberSecurity Incident response plan tabletop exercise no less thanannually Will keep the companies cyber incident response plan(CIRP) up to date Participates in the 3rd party vendor onboardingvetting process from a cyber security standpoint. Will manage thecompany???s cyber security posture in Azure and Microsoft O365.Will conduct training sessions with end users and promote a cybersecurity awareness culture to protect the organization fromPhishing and other cyber attacks Responsible for the review of O365and Azure Secure Scores and remediating vulnerabilities.
Responsible for Vulnerability Management (Qualys) and will workclosely with Patch Management team Provide metrics on key securitysystems (Qualys, Bitdefender, MS Defender CAS and others)Responsible for security related helpdesk tickets andinvestigations under legal advisement Implement a SIEM (or MDR) logmanagement solution for alerts that can be used to identifythreats, conduct forensic analysis and that can be used for 24x7monitoring by an external 3rd party SOC Assist in the creation andmaintenance of Information Security policies Conduct third-partyrisk assessments including an annual Cyber security assessment witha 3rd party provider Will conduct a CIS Top 18 self-assessment anddevelop a remediation plan for gaps. Responsible for implementingDLP governance, Secure Authentication, and a password managementstrategy Will work closely with the application development team toensure alignment with security and coding best practices Thissummary is not an all-inclusive description of job duties. WORKINGCONDITIONS
Primarily working indoors, office environment. May sitfor several hours at a time. Prolonged exposure to computerscreens. Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers,and copiers.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor???sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity,or equivalent work experience and/or education 3-5 years Hands-onexperience as an Information Security Analyst or similar roleCompTIA Security or comparable Information Securitycertification(s) High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Hands-on experience withWindows/Linux/Mac OS environments
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
CISSP, CEH,CISM Experience working with Vulnerability Management solutions(Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) Experience working with Microsoft Azureor Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience working with MicrosoftCloud App Security (CAS) and conditional access policies Experienceworking with Antivirus software and Malware remediation(Bitdefender, McAfee, MNS-Defender, Darktrace) and other productsExperience working with Active Directory management Experienceworking with Data Access Request (DSR) and eDiscovery or relatedtools Experience working in property management, real estate, orsimilar industry Experience working in fast pace, high-growthcompany
