This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a critical function within the Cyber Security Organization as the Manager of Threat & Vulnerability Management. You will be at the forefront of protecting the organization’s technology assets by You will lead and manage the Threat & Vulnerability Management team, overseeing vulnerability scanning, prioritization, and remediation efforts. This position requires a strong understanding of vulnerability management tools. You will ensure the effective use of vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Netbrain, and other automated asset management systems. You will develop and maintain vulnerability management processes and procedures for incident response and reporting. Furthermore, you will play a key role in shaping and enforcing governance policies, ensuring alignment with Equifax security standards. Collaboration is paramount in this role. You will actively engage with various stakeholders, including business units and alliances to address their specific security needs, technology teams to integrate vulnerability management practices, and global security teams to ensure a consistent security approach worldwide. Working alongside other Cyber Security teams like Threat Intelligence, Red Team, and Detection Engineering, you’ll collectively strengthen the organization’s security posture and incident response capabilities. Corporate Return To Office expectations:

Collaboration:

Work closely with Global Security, IT, and global business units Develop strong relationships within Global Security and with IT leaders in global business units What experience you need 7-10 years of experience in vulnerability management or other related security roles This position requires a strong understanding of vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Netbrain, etc). Ability to develop and maintain robust processes for incident response and reporting. Experience leveraging the strengths of individual team members, delegating tasks appropriately and managing delivery of long term testing plans and operations will be critical to the success of this role Experience shaping and enforcing governance policies, ensuring alignment with Equifax security standards Collaboration is paramount in this role. Must have experience actively engaging with various stakeholders, including business units and alliances to address their specific security needs, technology teams to integrate vulnerability management practices, and global security teams to ensure a consistent security approach worldwide.
