Contract-to-Hire (1099 Contractor) About the Role We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Technical Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only, 1099 contractor basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, guiding potential clients through our solutions, and becoming a key voice for our products in the market. This is a fully commission-based role for the first 6 to 12 months, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position depending on performance and business needs. Ideal for someone who’s self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-impact sales environment. Key Responsibilities Drive new business by identifying and pursuing high-potential sales opportunities Deliver tailored product demos and articulate technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met throughout the sales cycle Manage the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative, solution-based selling Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively Keep accurate records of sales activity and client communications in our CRM system Qualifications Demonstrated success in technical sales, business development, or similar roles Strong ability to grasp technical product details quickly Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Comfortable leading conversations with technical stakeholders and business decision-makers Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing a commission-only sales cycle Compensation & Structure 1099 contractor status for the first 6-12 months Fully commission-based during this initial period Opportunity to transition into a salaried role with performance-based incentives Why Join Us?
