Job Description The Senior IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable IAM solutions to support enterprise-level access control and identity lifecycle management. This role plays a key part in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems and data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions and system integrations Manage the identity lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews Configure and support IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping, or ForgeRock Ensure adherence to compliance requirements (SOX, HIPAA, ISO27001, etc.) Automate IAM workflows and enhance access governance processes Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and HR teams to align IAM strategy with business objectives Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers

Required Skills & Experience:

5-8+ years of hands-on experience in IAM or broader cybersecurity roles Deep expertise in SSO, MFA, identity federation, RBAC, and policy management Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and integration Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and security compliance standards Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Certifications:

CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications Vendor-specific certifications (e.g.,
