The Role We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on SDR Manager to build and lead our U.S. Sales Development function from the ground up. As a foundational member of our go-to-market team, you’ll own the top-of-funnel strategy – from defining the playbook to hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing SDR team that drives meaningful pipeline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Requirements:

What You Bring 5+ years of SDR or BDR experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or manager role Background in cybersecurity or SaaS preferred Experience using modern GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) Proven ability to coach and scale early-stage sales teams Strong communication skills and a data-informed, execution-driven mindset Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
