Top 10 national bank by total assets, the organization is looking to hire a Cybersecurity IT Audit Manager to oversee their Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Technology, and Change Delivery audit functions. The Cybersecurity IT Audit Manager is responsible for oversight of assigned audit execution, preparation of audit reports, and review of work performed by employees supervised. This role generally leads a team focused on assigned audits, assumes the lead position on the audit, and provides supervision and assignments to team members as Auditor in Charge, reviewing work papers completed by staff and drafting audit reports.

Responsibilities:

Leads a team focused on assigned audits and assumes the lead position as Auditor in Charge. Responsible for planning audits and managing contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings. Provides supervision and assignments to team members, reviews work papers, and drafts audit reports. Leads, coaches, and develops a highly effective team by ensuring ongoing training and performance management. Builds and executes plans to acquire, develop, and retain diverse teams with the skills necessary to realize current and future business strategies. Sets appropriate context for the business unit/function to enable optimal performance and alignment to strategy.

Education & Experience:

Undergraduate degree required. 2+ years of related audit experience required.
