We are seeking a skilled Information Security Engineer to join our team and help us maintain a secure and compliant IT environment. As an Information Security Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day data security operations. You will ensure the availability and integrity of our security and networking infrastructure, monitor compliance with IT security policies, and coordinate the investigation and reporting of security incidents Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Pay:

$130 – $139 /hr W2

Responsibilities:

+ Participate in the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of security systems in alignment with security policies. + Manage security responsibilities, including firewalls, proxy systems, logging, and other security devices. + Create and review reports on event anomalies to identify potential security threats. + Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies. + Raise awareness of security policies and develop corresponding procedures. + Investigate and respond to security violations promptly and effectively. + Define security requirements and review systems to ensure compliance with established security standards. + Analyze business needs, research, and recommend security solutions.

Experience Requirements:

+ Proven experience in delivering information security infrastructure support and related services. + Demonstrated experience in computer security, risk analysis, audit, and compliance objectives. + Experience working with information security practices, networks, software, and hardware. + Experience with web vulnerability assessments. + CISSP certification is preferred. + Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay
