We are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedIAM (Identity and Access Management) Security Engineer to join ourcybersecurity team. This role is critical in managing theorganization’s digital identities, entitlements, and accessgovernance policies across enterprise systems. You will beresponsible for the design, development, and implementation of IAMsolutions leveraging tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ),Informatica IDQ, SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, and Privileged AccessManagement (PAM) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design,implement, and support identity and access management solutionsacross cloud and on-prem platforms. Integrate SailPoint IIQ forlifecycle management, provisioning, and governance. Utilize IDQ(Informatica Data Quality) for user identity validation and dataintegrity. Deploy and maintain MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)and SSO (Single Sign-On) mechanisms using platforms like Okta, Duo,Ping, or Azure AD. Develop and enforce RBAC (Role-Based AccessControl) and ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) models for leastprivilege access. Manage and administer PAM tools (CyberArk,BeyondTrust, or Delinea) to secure elevated accounts and sessionmonitoring. Conduct access reviews, recertification campaigns, andpolicy enforcement. Collaborate with application owners to onboardnew systems to IAM. Write and maintain IAM-related policies,procedures, and technical documentation. Monitor IAM logs, generatecompliance reports, and support audits (SOX, HIPAA, NIST). ?

Required Skills & Experience:

3-7 years of experience in Identity &Access Management and Security Engineering. Hands-on expertise withSailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) — rule writing, connectors, workflows.

Experience with MFA and SSO integrations (Okta, Azure AD, Duo,Ping). Solid understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and access governanceframeworks. Familiarity with IDQ for data quality and identityvalidation projects. Experience with Privileged Access Management(PAM) tools and session policies.

Knowledge of compliancestandards:
NIST, ISO, SOX, HIPAA.

Proficient in scripting languages(PowerShell, Python) for automation. Strong understanding ofidentity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver). Excellentdocumentation, communication, and collaboration skills. ?

PreferredQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Cybersecurity, or related field.

Certifications:

SailPointCertified Engineer, CISSP, CIAM, Security, Okta CertifiedProfessional. Experience working in regulated industries (Finance,Healthcare, Government). Familiarity with cloud identity services(Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM). ?
