Lead Information Security Analyst Summary of Position:
The AV Support Specialist / Information Security Technician assists managers with conference calls, ensuring that such calls are executed in a flawless manner from a media standpoint. S/he will coordinate with presenters to test presentations in advance of and throughout the meetings. S/he will maintain equipment in our conference rooms, ensuring they remain in good working condition. Training of employees on how to successfully conduct meetings is also required. Success in this role requires an ability to troubleshoot video and audio issues on the fly while remaining calm. Additionally, s/he will assist work on our Information Security team to implement organizational directives around security in accordance with federal, state and local regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH. Limited remote work is available for this role. Performance Requirements Solid knowledge of state-of-the-art video conferencing systems Solid knowledge of Polycom . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various audio/visual and security measures Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, basic keyboard use and e-mail communication
Education:
Two year computer-science, information technology or technology related degree / certificate, four year degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience providing support for Audio/Visual systems. Minimum 1-year experience in a security role supporting Windows and Linux environments; 2 years preferred Key Responsibilities (10-Core) Assist employees with conducting video and audio-conferencing calls via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting and other conferencing platforms Maintain software and hardware related to video and audio-conferencing room systems Troubleshoot issues that arise during conference calls Train employees on how to use conference room systems in order to conduct successful meetings. Preform individual site-surveys at new and existing locations to make recommendations for new equipment needs. Coordinate all efforts for large Company-wide meetings and special events. Manage the AV Engineering ticketing queue and department mailbox. Ensure all request are addressed in a timely manner within corporate SLA. Implement security directives as part of Information Security team Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development courses, attending training, conferences, and/or courses as directed by the supervisor, and obtaining certifications relevant to job duties. Contributes to the overall success of Kintegra Health by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
