- collaborative, able to challengerespectfully The Principal Cyber Security Analyst reports directlyto the Senior Director of Technology Data Security.
This strategicand high-impact role ensures leadership initiatives are executedprecisely, organizational processes run smoothly, and prioritiesacross the cybersecurity program remain aligned. The individualwill drive operational excellence, lead cross-functionalcoordination, and serve as the connective tissue betweencybersecurity leadership and the broader enterprise. CoreResponsibilities Strategic Leadership Enablement Partner with theSenior Director to translate vision into action plans andoperationalize strategic priorities. Manage executive meetingpreparation, including agendas, data briefings, and follow-uptracking. Create leadership-facing reports and presentations thatinfluence enterprise decisions. Program Coordination and OversightMonitor progress of cybersecurity initiatives, remove roadblocks,and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate project execution acrossdata protection, insider threat, DLP, and encryption governanceefforts. Facilitate interdepartmental meetings and ensure decisionpoints are acted upon and tracked. Data-Driven Decision SupportDevelop reporting dashboards to assess progress toward OKRs(objectives and key results). Synthesize insights fromcybersecurity metrics, risk indicators, and operational KPIs.
Surface risks and opportunities using structured analysis tosupport executive decision-making. Operational Execution Maintainleadership calendars, oversee scheduling logistics, and coordinatestrategic events. Manage content and documentation across internalsystems like SharePoint and project trackers. Draft and distributeinternal communications that support cybersecurity awareness andtransparency. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the liaison betweencybersecurity leadership and other corporate functions (e.g.,Legal, HR, Technology). Build collaborative relationships acrossbusiness lines and manage key touchpoints with external partners.
Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues through stakeholdercoordination and documentation. Marginal Responsibilities Vendorand External Partner Collaboration Support due diligence,coordination, and communications with third-party vendors orconsultants. Knowledge Management and Documentation Maintainstructured, version-controlled documentation for strategicinitiatives and recurring processes. Assist in updating SOPs andplaybooks in line with evolving cybersecurity goals. MinimumQualifications At least 7 years of experience supporting executivesin strategic, project leadership, or cybersecurity operations.
Demonstrated success managing executive priorities, organizingcross-functional efforts, and reporting on complex initiatives.
Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability tosynthesize large amounts of information. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, andcollaboration tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, ComputerScience, Communications, or a related field.
