Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Security Engineer to join our enterprise security team, focusing on the health, configuration, and support of endpoint protection tools in a high-security, high-availability environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional settings and is passionate about endpoint security, policy enforcement, and infrastructure stability. Candidates must be able to work on W2, no C2C at this time
Hybrid Work Schedule:
3 days onsite –
Charlotte, NC Top Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience with CrowdStrike (policy implementation, exclusions, monitoring)
- 2-5 years of experience with McAfee tools: ePO, ENS, Application Control (whitelisting), DLPe
- Hands-on experience with ePO configuration, policy management, exclusions, and system tree
- Familiarity with BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and endpoint support
- Experience with SQL Server and ITSM tools like Remedy is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support endpoint security tools including CrowdStrike and McAfee suite
- Monitor system health, implement policies and exclusions, and manage product upgrades
- Support infrastructure components such as BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and product managers to resolve complex issues
- Provide second-level support for desktop break/fix and endpoint-related incidents
- Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures
