Job Description:

Deploy, maintain, and optimize key management infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to key management services such as encryption, decryption, and key rotation. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to automate key lifecycle management workflows. Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and conduct post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence. Monitor performance and scalability of Key Management Systems (KMS) infrastructure and implement security best practices. Work with hardware security modules (HSM) requiring dual control for production changes and maintain strong operational discipline.

Must Haves:

Strong experience with Thales CipherTrust Manager and Thales HSM network hardware security modules. Deep knowledge of cryptography and key management principles. Strong Linux/Unix skills (experience with Windows server platforms is a plus). Familiarity with Incident and Problem Management tools like Remedy or ServiceNow.

Plusses:

Experience with automation and scripting. Knowledge of Elasticsearch. Familiarity with Cloud Key Management Services (KMS) from providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Previous experience working in banking or financial services security roles is advantageous. Job Requirement
