Service Manager (Network Security) Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Job Description Our major financial services client has a massive technology environment and they are constantly implementing and upgrading network security technology. This team will help drive & coordinate the implementation calls (on nights and some weekends) to ensure that the process is carried out efficiently and the documentation is complete. Day to day will include coordinating schedules of engineers to ensure everyone is on the same timeline and updating change management documentation. The night time work will be implementation calls to execute the installations. These typically fall between 6p-11p EST, but could run later depending on unforeseen circumstances. The overall expectation is 40 hours of work per week so this resource will be able to flex their schedule to achieve the clients needs per the project.

Specific project this will support:

1) Migrate CP firewall devices to either Palo Alto or Fortinet based on customer needs.
