Job Description

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Manager to join our Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (EDLP) team as the manager of the Data Loss Prevention Solutions. The manager will be responsible for leading an outstanding team of 15+ individuals and partnering offshore resources, in identifying, developing, managing, and optimizing solutions to prevent and detect potential data loss events. This would also include participating in the design and testing of methodologies, techniques, and tools to ensure Wells Fargo remains ahead-of-the-curve in proactive actions against inadvertent/unintentional or intentional data loss. Manager will engage with cyber security engineering and business unit teams in managing risk and controls of traditional and Cloud DLP Systems, Identity Access Management (IAM), User and Entity Behavioral Analysis (UEBA), and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), etc. solutions. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded knowledge of the security stack and excellent partnership skills across stakeholders, in depth understanding of risks and controls to addressing obligations across the three lines of defense In this role, you will: Manage and develop a team of individual contributors to achieve defined objectives Oversee the health of function with defined metrics Deep understanding and experience in improving Wells Fargo Cyber Security Risk posture and reduce data loss surface Provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business Formulate and implement information security solutions and controls Make decisions and resolve issues regarding changes to information security policy, standards, and procedures as needed to prevent data loss Recommend compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives Lead complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more business lines Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of developing and implementing risk and control solutions 2+ years of Leadership or management experience

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with technical, subject matter experts, engineers, and business unit stakeholders to drive solutions and build consensus for risk and controls Demonstrated experience with Cloud DLP Systems, Identity Access Management (IAM), User and Entity Behavioral Analysis (UEBA), and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 Security Guide Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) CISSP or related Cloud Security certifications
