Piper Companies is seeking a Splunk Engineer - Secret Clearance for a growing organization located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The Splunk Engineer
- Secret Clearance is a hybrid position working onsite in Raleigh a couple days a week. A successful candidate for the Splunk Engineer
- Secret Clearance role will possess a versatile technology background with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Splunk solutions. Responsibilities for the Splunk Engineer
- Secret Clearance include: Serve as the primary architect for all Splunk-related solutions.
Design and implement Splunk infrastructure, including data ingestion, indexing, and visualization.
Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the business, IT, and Engineering to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Splunk deployments.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Requirements for the Splunk Engineer
- Secret Clearance include: Active Secret Security Clearance (Must be eligible to work in the United States)
Over 5 years of professional experience in Splunk architecture and administration.
Strong background in designing and implementing Splunk solutions, including data ingestion, indexing, and visualization.
Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) and IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant work experience. Compensation of the Splunk Engineer
