As the Product & Engineering Manager for our PAM Interactive Team, you will lead a global team of talented engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining our interactive secrets management platforms and solutions. This position requires deep expertise in Identity & Access Management and PAM tools, including CyberArk, Delinea & Microsoft Entra ID, to ensure the security and compliance of the organization’s IT infrastructure. Strong people leadership and influencing skills are essential to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Product Manager for our PAM Interactive solutions, including vendor management Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the team, implementing new capabilities throughout the organization Partner across the Cybersecurity domain and with enterprise business units to implement solutions Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of interactive secrets management platforms, such as CyberArk. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats, and apply this knowledge to enhance our security posture. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of security initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to report on security status and progress.

Qualifications:

Deep technical expertise in cyber security principles, practices, and technologies and solutions. 5+ years experience in all aspects of people leadership, leading and managing engineering teams. 8+ years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on secrets management and platforms like CyberArk. Strong understanding of interactive secrets management, encryption, and access control mechanisms. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
