Assess, recommendsand assist in the remediation process for the entire organization. Assist in the Security Engineering, Architecture, andPlanning for all future IT strategic initiatives. Support the ITInfrastructure & Compliance Directors for all Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)Audits and provide monthly reporting of all Security projects andremediation. Formulate company level security policies, standards,and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Information Security Manager is responsible forenvisioning and taking steps to implement the controls needed toprotect both internal information, as well as, information that hasbeen entrusted to the company by third parties. Monitor developments in the information security fieldand recommend changes for improving our Defense in-Depthstrategy Oversee the implementation of Information Securitytechnologies Familiarity with managing and implementing VulnerabilityManagement Systems a plus Familiarity with Identity Management implementations andSSO solutions a plus Monitor and manage new alerts from various Security Tools and3rd Party Managed Security Services (MSS): Client Endpoints & Web Content Filtering systems (AV,DLP, etc.) Audit Logs for AD, SOX In-Scope Systems andDatabases Firewalls, Network Intrusion Prevention Systems & APTescalations from 3rd Party MSS Email DLP Mobile Device Management (MDM) Performs and/or oversees periodic Company risk assessmentsthat: Identify current and future securityvulnerabilities Determines what level of risk is acceptable to managementIdentifies the best ways to reduce information security risks to anacceptable level. Define and maintain Information Security policies,procedures, and standards that meet regulatorycompliance.

EDUCATION
