Service Operations Manager
Take on a leadership role overseeing service operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic service delivery.
You will manage service activities, develop and implement sales plans, guide the sales team, and improve operational processes to provide efficient, high-value solutions. Some travel may be needed for regional coordination or client visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct and manage all service-related business functions
Execute sales strategies to achieve financial and operational targets
Mentor and develop sales staff to improve performance
Create and implement operational enhancements to increase service efficiency
Ensure excellent customer experience through effective service delivery
Support hiring efforts and promote a collaborative team environment
Perform other duties as required
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and advancement opportunities. The role typically requires onsite presence 5 days per week, with hybrid work options possible later.

REQUIRED SKILLS

5+ years of hands-on experience leading field service teams
Demonstrated ability to manage service agreements and deliver results
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Working knowledge of technical equipment related to security and monitoring systems
Proficient with common office productivity software
Formal education or equivalent practical experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

Familiarity with industries such as security systems, emergency safety solutions, automated building controls, or healthcare technologies
