Job Description:

We are looking for a Security Manager to lead the SOC operations, manage escalations, and provide governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) leadership across NFTA s cybersecurity program.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC).
Serve as the escalation point for cybersecurity incidents and issues.
Oversee vulnerability management, patch compliance, and risk reporting.
Ensure regulatory and policy compliance, including NYS patch management guidelines.
Coordinate forensic investigation retainers and incident response activities.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations and management.
Strong leadership, reporting, and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with GRC frameworks, NIST guidelines, and vulnerability scanners.
Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, or similar.
