Senior Information Security Analyst Job Summary:
Talent SoftwareServices is in search of a Senior Information Security Analyst fora contract position that can be worked 100% remotely. Theopportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-termextension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
This rolewill be consulting during the building of the Identify Data Fabricby contributing and ensuring data requirements are met. This rolewill also define the reporting outcomes to represent current risk,improve decision making in the Identity platform and providerecommendations for the role-based access initiative. This rolewill provide consulting during the building of the data fabric,ensuring data requirements are met. This position will help definereporting outcomes and improving decision-making processes. Thisposition will help ensure the availability of data elements foroperational metrics and decision-making. This position will workwith relational databases to pull information and make decisions.
This position will help provide understanding and reporting datafrom tools like Cyber Ark and Seal Point, and integratingadditional tools. This position will help in developing,maintaining, and implementing policies related to IAM cybersecuritygovernance. This position will help in providing understanding ofgovernance, compliance to policy, and role-based trends monitoring.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge across Identity and AccessManagement concepts. IAM technical experience (i.e. familiar withSailPoint, CyberArk, etc). Solid understanding of IAM technologies(e.g., Active Directory, SSO, MFA, PAM tools). Familiarity withregulatory frameworks and standards like
NIST, ISO
27001, COBIT,and SOC 2. Ability to develop, maintain, implement IAM policies andprocedures. Understanding of data governance principles andpractices. Ability to identify, assess, prioritize and quantifyIAM-related risks effectively. Understand role-based access controland other access control mechanisms. Implement key risk indicators(KRIs) for IAM and produce reports for leadership on IAM-relatedrisks and trends. Proficiency in IAM monitoring and reportingtools, as well as GRC platforms. Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills. Master’s degree inapplicable field and four (4) years’ experience. OR Bachelor’sdegree in applicable field and five (5) years’ experience. Ifselected for full time employee role, the candidate must have oneof the following certifications (or equivalent) at time of hire. Inlieu of certification at time of hire, candidate must pass the examwithin three years and complete the certification process onceyears of service requirements of the certifying body have been met.
CISSP, CISM, GSEC, OSCP.
