Job Description:
Skills and Specialized Knowledge:
Deep understanding of IT risk management and cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities.
Expertise in network security, application security, data protection, and identity management.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address IT risk and security issues
Ability to manage budgets and resource allocation for IT risk and cybersecurity initiatives.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Archer, Jira, and Confluence.
Additional responsibilities will include the following:
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT risk management and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives, including risk assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability management.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential IT and cybersecurity risks across the organization, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and specialists, providing guidance and career development opportunities.
Certifications
:
CISM, CISA, CRISC.
Education
:
Degree or equivalent work experience preferable in Technology, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Systems; Graduate Degree preferred.
