As an Information Security Analyst in our Risk Management department, you won’t be working in IT—you’ll be working across departments to influence behavior, reduce risk, and drive compliance in a way that strengthens our entire organization. What You’ll Do and What Success Looks Like You’ll build and lead a proactive culture of security awareness. You’ll take ownership of our internal training and testing programs, designing content for new employee onboarding, annual education, and in-the-moment awareness campaigns. You’ll regularly update training materials to reflect current threats—from phishing to AI-enabled scams—and make security personal, practical, and memorable. You’ll test what we teach—and improve what we find. Every phishing test, social engineering exercise, and suspicious message report will give you valuable insight. You’ll manage our internal phishing testing program from planning to board-level reporting and use results to shape future training and communications. You’ll be a trusted advisor for employees and a collaborator across the bank. When employees report suspicious activity, you’ll investigate with empathy and precision. You’ll collaborate with the Help Desk, Information Security Officer, and other teams to identify threats, coach employees, and escalate when necessary. You’ll help customers protect themselves. By producing blog posts, awareness campaigns, and public training content, you’ll extend your impact beyond our walls—promoting best practices in cybersecurity and fraud prevention throughout our communities. You’ll support critical risk management efforts. Working alongside the Information Security Officer, you’ll contribute to our business continuity and disaster recovery plans, conduct after-hours audits, and help prepare annual reports and threat assessments that inform leadership and guide strategy. .
