The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing approval processes involving data sources across complex, matrixed environments. This position supports two core workstreams: a standardized, year-long initiative with defined deliverables, and an ad hoc stream that requires rapid coordination and detailed oversight. The Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Legal, Global Privacy, and Information Security to manage privacy processes and drive execution across both streams. This position is in our Pittsburgh, PA and Lake Mary, FL offices.

Collaborate with the Global Privacy Office and internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Information Security) to obtain necessary reviews and approvals.

Cross-Referencing & Updates:

Facilitate reviews of data source changes and updates to ensure continued compliance with privacy standards.

Process Ownership:

Manage privacy and compliance workflows with a focus on precision, adherence to defined standards, and timely follow-through.

Documentation & Recordkeeping:

Maintain detailed, auditable records of approvals, submissions, communications, and key decisions; ensure version control of all materials.

Ad Hoc Request Handling:

Respond to and manage privacy-related data use requests that arise outside of standard timelines, prioritizing accuracy and responsiveness.

Cross-Functional Communication:

Act as a central point of contact for privacy initiatives, ensuring clear and timely updates across business units.

Strategic Project Delivery:

Support a defined, long-term initiative with a small number of key deliverables; collaborate closely with internal leads to ensure milestones are met and documentation is complete.

Status Reporting:

Provide consistent reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to internal leadership and stakeholders. Insider Threat Collaboration (Preferred): Participate in insider threat working group activities, contributing insights and supporting deliverable execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in privacy operations, data governance, or information security project management Strong understanding of global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and approval workflows Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, including both structured projects and ad hoc requests Comfortable facilitating cross-functional meetings and communicating with senior stakeholders Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Excel, and project tracking platforms

Preferred Experience:
