Pittsburgh, PA 15222 Strongsville, OH 44136 Birmingham, AL 35233 Farmers Branch, TX 75234 Phoenix, AZ 85016 Key Responsibilities Lead the migration of identity and access management components from ACF2 to RACF. Analyze and implement RACF rules and permissions to replicate or enhance legacy ACF2 controls. Utilize IBM ZSecure to audit, monitor, and automate RACF configurations. Collaborate with team members on design, testing, and deployment activities. Document procedures, identify gaps, and propose solutions in access control implementations. Support compliance and risk mitigation goals by ensuring system integrity during and post-migration. Must-Have Technical Skills 10-15 years of experience in Information Security and Mainframe Access Control. Deep knowledge of RACF (IBM Resource Access Control Facility). Proficiency in IBM ZSecure for RACF auditing and reporting.
Preferred / Flex
Skills Experience with ACF2 , Oracle Identity Manager , SailPoint , or CyberArk . Exposure to enterprise-scale migration projects. Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong work ethic, initiative, and intellectual curiosity. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
