Full-Time Job Duties:
Provide advance level technical support designing, implementing, and maintaining data center networks and security infrastructure; identify, resolve, or escalate hardware or software issues; design, implement, and deploy security cloud platforms to support and mitigate security threats, risks and technology vulnerabilities; identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions; provide advanced level technical support and monitor security technologies efficiency through the use of monitoring tools and applications; maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of cloud software and infrastructure platforms; develop auditing methodologies and architecture to manage and protect data in cloud computing environments; elevate code into the development, test, and cloud production environments on schedule; provide follow up production support; submit change control requests and documents; utilize client area business functions and requirements; determine appropriate technical tool to address the client’s business needs; train and mentor more junior staff on processes and releases; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues elevated from staff; provide guidance and consultation as required; update, write, and maintain documentation for the department.; administer system activities; write the technical portion of assigned deliverables; perform systems analysis, including system requirements analysis and definition, and logical design. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.
Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or another closely related IT field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Senior Software Developer and/or Computer Programmer and/or Programmer Analyst and/or Senior Software Engineer.
