Senior Information Security AnalystJob Duties:
Analyze security project specifications, driving Information Security Office statements of work (SOW). Document internal security processes and procedures. Lead deployments of security tools and infrastructure. Analyze and provide solutions to complex information security issues. Develop security processes and standards and manage/monitor enforcement systems. Identify and define system security requirements. Drive internal security management, controls, and services from a technical perspective. Assess information security tools and integrate them within the corporate IT infrastructure. Develop security solutions to help mitigate vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks. Act as subject matter expert in a technical capacity for assigned projects. Communicate effectively with vendors, users, security operations center, and management. Manage multiple tasks related to assigned projects in a timely manner. Roving employment. Duties may be located at client sites throughout U.S. Telecommuting from home office may be available per company policy.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field. In addition to degree, must have at least 5 years of post-degree, progressive experience in each of the following: engineering experience in information security services and/or information security system operations; working with large-scale projects, security solutions, and enterprise systems deployments; designing, configuring, and managing information security controls around infrastructure, data, and networks; securing cloud environments (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); configuring cloud-native security tools, access controls, and data protection strategies; and experience with the following technologies: Azure, MS Office 365, Email Security, Firewall Security, DNS Security, Cloud security posture management, identity and access management, extended detection and response, Cloud access security broker, Vulnerability Management, and Security Operations.
