Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and full-stack lifecycle support of collaboration products and services, including M365, Slack, Zoom, and other unified communication platforms. This role involves driving initiatives to enhance and optimize the scope, design, and delivery of collaboration and unified communication solutions. A critical component of the position is leading the development of scalable architectures that align with the organization’s strategic roadmap. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end implementations while simultaneously operating as a solution architect across multiple projects. The role also requires participation in incident root cause analysis and the development of remediation strategies to improve system reliability and prevent future failures. While certifications are not mandatory, experience working with service delivery leads and business solution partners to support technology assessments is highly desirable. This position requires candidates to participate in an in-person interview as part of the hiring process
