Develop and enforce security policies and best practices across the firm
Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, minimizing risk and impact
Manage security technologies like firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection
Conduct firm-wide security training and awareness programs
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks
Regularly brief executives on threats, posture, and strategy What You’ll Need to be Considered Possess or be pursuing certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a security context
A minimum of 5-7 years in a security leadership role. Experience integrating cybersecurity practices within legal or professional services environments
