Sr. Cyber Security Risk Analyst Nashville, TN | Hybrid (Tues-Thurs onsite) 6-Month Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) A leading global professional services organization is seeking a Sr. Cyber Security Risk Analyst to support its growing Information Assurance team based in downtown Nashville. This role is part of a small, collaborative team focused on strengthening internal cybersecurity defenses and scaling risk management efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor and respond to internal threats using tools like SIEM and EDR Manage IAM processes and investigate phishing and email-based threats (SMTP) Contribute to vulnerability management, threat hunting, and remediation workflows Collaborate with IT and business teams to maintain a strong security posture across systems Support risk assessments and internal control improvements alongside an experienced team member

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk analysis, or IT infrastructure Proficiency in areas such as

IAM, SIEM

tools, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanning Familiarity with SMTP protocols, phishing detection, and email threat analysis Open to candidates from both cybersecurity and IT generalist backgrounds with relevant experience Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
