Operations Analyst – Drive Insights, Fuel Efficiency, Make an Impact We’re looking for a detail-driven, data-savvy Analyst to join our client’s team and help turn complex data into clear insights that power smarter decisions. In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers-you’ll be at the heart of optimizing performance, supporting strategy, and shaping the future of our operations worldwide. What You’ll Be Doing:

Connect the

Dots:

Collect and synthesize operational data from multiple systems to paint a clear picture of how our global operations are performing.

Deliver Insights:

Build insightful reports and dashboards that spotlight key metrics such as costs, expenses, KPIs, and productivity-helping senior leadership make informed decisions, fast.

Ensure Data Integrity:

Keep our data clean, consistent, and accurate. Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot anomalies, and recommend fixes.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with operations, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure the right data is available at the right time, aligned with strategic goals.

Track Performance:

Develop methods to track and measure KPIs across regions and departments, helping leaders identify areas for improvement.

Innovate and Improve:

Constantly look for smarter ways to collect, manage, and analyze data-leveraging automation, AI tools, and best practices to level up our capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, ideally within operations or supply chain. Solid experience with ERP platforms (like SAP or Sage) and CRM systems. Advanced Excel skills and a strong grasp of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Knowledge of data extraction, cleansing, and analysis techniques. Sharp problem-solving abilities and a knack for turning raw data into meaningful insights. Strong communication skills-you know how to make data make sense to any audience. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy. NOTE:

This is NOT a remote position. Must reside locally and be open to a hybrid role with 3 days in-office per week.
