• + Lead research initiatives across the full product lifecycle—from identifying member needs and developing concepts to product testing and post-launch evaluation.

+ Represent the voice of the member in every product decision by designing and executing research that uncovers actionable insights. + Support the Pantry and Consumables business units with data-driven recommendations that influence product strategy and development. + Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that resonate with cross-functional stakeholders. + Collaborate closely with product development, brand, and merchandising teams to ensure member-centric decision-making. + Apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover deep member insights. + Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. + Contribute to a culture of innovation by exploring and integrating new research tools, including AI-driven methodologies.

Experience:

• 10+ years in market research, consumer insights, behavioral psychology, or a related field focused on understanding consumer behavior. +

• Proven ability to translate broad business objectives into actionable research plans that drive business outcomes. +
