• Job Summary:

• We’re seeking a
• Sr. Data Quality Analyst
• to ensurethe accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data for analytics anddecision-making. This role involves data governance, quality assurance,and working with stakeholders to enhance data integrity.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain master data assets to support business needs
• Improve data pipelines and backend queries for efficiency and accuracy
• Lead data governance initiatives, defining validation rules and business standards
• Monitor data integrity, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Analysts, and business teams to resolve issues
• Support end-to-end process mapping to optimize data capture and quality
• Generate reports on data trends, issues, and improvements for leadership

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in data quality, governance, or cleansing
• Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau
• Familiarity with data governance tools like Talend or Informatica preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive data strategy
