Position Summary:
The Analyst Customer Data is responsible for analyzing customerusage and revenue data and then providing specific reports inaccordance with the various contracts. As a function of the indepth analysis, the Analyst identifies improvement opportunitiesfor data collection and reporting while determining projectobjectives and defining requirements. The Analyst Customer Datamanages project cost, time and quality through the full lifecycle.
TO BE CONSIDERED, A CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO HAVE 2+ YEARSEXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER ANALYTICS/CUSTOMER DATA ANALYTICS.
