Job Description
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong SQL skills to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze trends, and create impactful dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Query, clean, and manipulate large datasets using advanced SQL + Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) + Analyze data trends and patterns to support business initiatives + Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs + Conduct root cause analysis and data quality checks to ensure accuracy + Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner + Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory data analysis
Requirements Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role + Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) + Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker + Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis + Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) + Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
