They create reports, analyze data, solve problems, and support other departments with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and administer the company ERP and database systems Train staff on ERP usage and manage user permissions Work with IT and vendors to resolve system issues Extract, validate, and analyze data to support operations Create monthly invoices and custom reports Help improve processes using data insights Maintain data accuracy and protect customer information Support leadership with data requests and reports Available to work weekends if needed Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Basic to intermediate SQL/MySQL knowledge (Python and Power BI are a plus) Good problem-solving and communication skills Able to work across teams and handle changing priorities

Education & Experience:

Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience (coding portfolio a plus) Customer service or inventory control experience preferred Familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems a plus
