ERP/CRM Configuration SME Position Available In Duval, Florida

Description This position works closely with teams across the organization — including Finance and — to understand their needs and deliver reports, dashboards, and insights that help them do their jobs more effectively. Whether pulling together performance data, building reports to track key initiatives, or supporting special projects, this role is all about helping teams turn data into action.

What You’ll Do:

+ Build and deliver reports and dashboards that help leaders and teams make informed decisions + Work with different departments to understand what information they need and how best to present it + Make sure the information being reported is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand + Maintain documentation and help organize how data is stored and accessed + Troubleshoot issues with reports or dashboards and improve them as needed + Identify areas where reporting and analytics tools can be used more effectively + Support testing and validation when new reporting features or updates are introduced + Help ensure data is handled securely and appropriately

Requirements What We’re Looking For:
