$39.9K – $45.9K a year 2 days ago Qualifications Mid-level High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree Computer skills 2 years Full Job Description Department College of Fine Arts – Dean’s Office Responsibilities This position is responsible for developing processes for the collection, analysis, and reporting of data or information for accredited programs in the College of Fine Arts, as well as other related areas of research as appropriate to the needs of the College and its units. Responsible for collecting and analyzing data and producing reports required for maintenance of accreditation by the National Association for Art and Design (NASAD), National Association of Schools of Theatre (NAST), National Association of Schools of Dance (NASD), and other program and University accrediting agencies. Provides data and analysis to college administration to inform decisions, policy changes, accreditation planning, college rankings, and strategic planning initiatives. Maintains and develops databases related to faculty and graduate student productivity, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting needs. Translates data insights into actionable recommendations and collaborates with leadership to implement and monitor initiatives that support advancement, optimize resource allocation, and drive long-term strategic goals. Provides data to support program evaluation, strategic academic planning, and continuous improvement aligned with the internal goals and priorities of academic units. Develops and refines processes to identify meaningful trends in enrollment, student success, curriculum outcomes, and resource allocation. Works collaboratively with Academic Affairs and Student Affairs to interpret findings, plan initiatives, monitor and implement data-informed strategies that promote sustainable growth, program innovation, and responsiveness to student and faculty needs. Responsible for designing, developing, and conducting surveys administered by the college to be used in various assessment tasks. Responsible for the creation of databases related to faculty activities related to research. Responsible for development of database for comparison to peer establishments for enrollment, faculty, programs, and degrees in the arts. Assists with the collection, analysis, and reporting of internal program, college wide, and Florida State University data for national accrediting agencies and at the Dean’s request. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (

a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in an academic setting. Ability to write and/or proofread and edit written word and/or information in various formats. Ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information. Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and etiquette. Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related University policies, procedures, principles, and practices. Knowledge of applicable computer applications and basic computer functions.
