JOB PURPOSE:
Data Analyst serves as one of the data representatives Responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, preparing reports, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. The main duties include identifying, gathering, analyzing data, dashboard maintenance and making insights accessible to executive leadership.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity for data analysis and insights. Identify and interpret key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving business performance. Create and maintain data models to support forecasting and business planning. Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and maintain databases and data systems. Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executives. Stay up-to-date with emerging data analysis tools, techniques, and technologies. Other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in Data Analysis. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization required. SQL and data modeling experience. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
ATTENDANCE
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
LICENSES
Driver’s License with clear record.
VEHICLE:
Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
OTHER:
Data Analyst must be 21 years or older. Must be available and willing to travel to various locations including Pecos Children’s Center with such frequency as the business need dictates.
