Miami Florida Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Monitor hourly & daily automated reports Monitor error notifications & resolve automated reporting issues Track error occurrences & report weekly Assist with reporting communication for internal & external teams Assist with and provide training & access to dashboards Assist with Power BI report creation & maintenance Assist with ad hoc dashboard requests Assess performance of dashboards and make recommendations Continuously improve the reporting system by analyzing current practices

Qualifications Knowledge and Skills :

Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills Knowledge of visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation Understanding of Business Intelligence and Database Marketing Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent level of practical on-the-job experience Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI) MS office especially Excel & Power BI Experience with SQL preferred E-Commerce Commercial and Marketing teams: Support visualization maintenance and enhancements for existing reports Attend regular Data Science team training and workshops Data teams: Perform data validation and assist with troubleshooting when applicable We know there’s a lot to consider As you go through the application process our recruiters will be glad to provide guidance and more relevant details to answer any additional questions Thank you again for your interest in Royal Caribbean Group We’ll hope to see you onboard soon!
